Sapphire Curated provides luxury lifestyle management services including personal concierge, event planning, travel coordination, and related services as agreed upon with each client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information for service delivery
Make timely payments as agreed
Respect our team and vendor partners
Understand that some requests may not be feasible
Payment Terms
Services are billed according to agreed pricing structure
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice
Late payments may result in service suspension
Clients are responsible for all third-party costs
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all personal and business information shared during the service relationship.
Limitation of Liability
Sapphire Curated's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for vendor performance, event cancellations beyond our control, or indirect damages.
Cancellation Policy
Services may be cancelled with 48-hour notice for standard requests
Emergency or time-sensitive requests may have different cancellation terms
Deposits for third-party services may be non-refundable
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Georgia state law.
